While working as the Manager of Product Development & Regulatory for a global beauty subscription startup, it became very clear to me that small-to-medium sized beauty brands needed help. Shift Beauty Consulting was created because these brands didn’t have the bandwidth (or budget!) to staff a full-time regulatory team, but still needed affordable and sound counsel.
